St. Nicholas’ Church

St Nicholas Church is a friendly place of worship & community situated at the heart of the historic town of Warwick,

opposite one of the gates to Warwick Castle and adjacent to the attractive St Nicholas Park.

Our Parish

St Nicolas Parish extends like two hands or angel’s wings from the Parish Church to include a number of different areas within Warwick.  a map of the parish can be found at:

A Church Near You

This includes the immediate area around the church, Woodloes Park, St Nicholas Park, Myton Road, Bridgend, and the new estates on Myton Green.

The Parish includes seven schools, Warwick Hospital and Myton Hospice, a residential home and many businesses.

During the Pandemic we have welcomed the opportunity to join with Transforming Communities in Warwick to deliver food parcels to some in our community and parish.

Our parish is diverse and growing. Where ever you are in our parish, we want you to feel welcome in St Nicholas Church, We want to serve our community and share with you the life and love of God.

Myton Green

Our parish also includes the new housing areas of Myton Green, The Priors and Beauchamp Park. As of May 2022, about a third of the 1400+ new homes are occupied and a new community is beginning to form. We are looking for different ways that we can bless the new community as it grows and be part of how it is shaped, helping to point to where God is at work and bring the gospel alive in the everyday moments of life. In the future, we are hopeful that God will lead us to create a new worshipping community there.

Myton Rocks! is a Facebook group to help build community around the hiding and finding of painted pebbles. These pebbles all have a positive and kind message. But there is also a community run Facebook page where people can connect and share local information. We have hosted family-friendly pebble painting parties, holiday fun games sessions for children and are always listening to residents to work out different ways that we can help them to meet and connect.
